This charming Craftsman-style garage/apartment is evocative of carriage houses built around the turn of the last century. The shed dormer on one side balances the high, arching gable on the other. The garage level offers space for 3 cars and is 24' deep by 32' wide. Upstairs, the prominent gable on the right side allows for a spacious living room/kitchen/dining area while the shed dormer on the left side provides a cozy, widowed alcove sitting area in the bedroom. Second floor living space is 516 square feet and the garage measures approximately 22' from the highest point of the roof ridge to grade.
